I have a picture like this of my son Peter looking at the mid-wife who birthed him just hours after the ‘event.’ He is looking directly into her eyes - no swimmy, murky unfocused, barely alive energy there at all. Born awake. Love that little Nura up real good Melv. No amount of affection is too much - none. This much I know for sure.
