I am loving this next phase of my life: fatherhood.
I am also looking forward to stepping up my game at work, opening a new cafe/restaurant in the centre of Sheffield, working with the students of the college i have been working for, serving the general public. I have both a step-up of responsibility and autonomy, as well as authority, as i no longer have to teach as part of the education system, i am free to teach as a vocation, which also allows a greater degree of empowerment for the students, as the pressiures will be more from the needs of the cafe and its customers, rather than the pressiure from a teacher trying to engage his students in lessons.
This is why i am so passionate about Integral business as a powerful social regenrative and revenue generating tool (and revenue can be taken in the widest sense, to include growth acheieved by staff and customers alike.
It's a first for me, and a great opportunity for me to try my management skills working for someone else, before i set up my own place.
I am very keen on Intergal Philospohy, as for me it offers the most complete and balanced tool with which to examine life, and a framework of practice that ensures all areas of (self) developement are given attention.
It's also a great analytical tool and 'bullshit filter' for examing anything from a spiritual philosophy to a group of hippies running a school, from finding a complete analysis of nutrition to making sense of the people you come accross.
Well i sound like a salesman, but i just dig Integral theory and its humbly all-inclusive incorporation of people and ideas.

I have the immense fortune of having a lovely partner and soon-to-be-wife, not to mention mother of Latifah and Nura, who was catalysed by my seed.
She lives out a smiling 'stage-three' style of love with me and our princesses, and my gratitude is unquantifiable.
